Shipping Policy

This agreement is issued electronically in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It is valid under the conditions outlined below.

Buyer: The individual or entity placing the order. The address, contact information, and payment details provided by the Buyer are considered valid.

2. Subject

This agreement outlines the rights and obligations related to the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Order and Payment

  • The product specifications, sales price, payment method, and delivery details are displayed on the order confirmation screen.
  • The Buyer confirms these details before placing the order.

4. Delivery Terms

  • After payment is confirmed, products are usually shipped the next business day.
  • Shipments are primarily made via DHL. Another equivalent courier company may be used if necessary.
  • Under normal conditions, the delivery time is 2 business days. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or regional conditions.
  • Once the product is shipped, the Buyer will receive the tracking number via email.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Written notice is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with unopened accessories, and suitable for resale.
  • Returns of used, damaged, or opened items will not be accepted.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping cost for withdrawals is the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Once the returned product is approved, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original payment method used in the order.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

  • Products customized based on the Buyer’s request,
  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons,
  • Products that have been used or lost their resale condition are not eligible for withdrawal.

7. General Provisions

  • By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
  • If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed within 3 days, and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.
  • The Seller may supply another product of equal quality and price for justified reasons.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes exceeding these limits, Consumer Courts are authorized.

9. Enforcement

Once the order is completed, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement electronically.
